Viso: Privacy Policy

Viso: Your Perfect Look is an AI styling app made by Arthur Machado. It analyzes a selfie to suggest hairstyles, eyewear, colors, and clothing, and renders AI try-on images on your own face. This page explains exactly what data that involves.

No accounts

Viso has no sign-up and no user accounts. Your data is linked only to an anonymous, randomly generated identifier (a RevenueCat app user ID). We never know your name, email, or anything else about who you are.

Photos and AI processing

• The photos you take in the app are uploaded to our server (hosted on Cloudflare) and sent to Google's Vertex AI models to analyze face features (face shape, skin undertone, color season) and to generate try-on images.
• Uploaded photos and generated images are stored on our server so the app can show your results and let you regenerate them.
• Your style guide and survey answers are stored on your device, and on our server while a generation job runs.
• Photos are never used to train AI models, never shared beyond the processing above, and never sold.

Purchases

Viso Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. RevenueCat manages the purchase receipt under your anonymous identifier so the app and our server know your subscription is active.

What Viso does NOT do

• No advertising, no tracking, no advertising identifiers.
• No selling or renting of data, ever.
• No access to your contacts, location, microphone, or health data.

Deleting your data

In the app, go to Account → Delete My Data. This permanently removes everything stored on our server under your identifier: photos, generated images, style guides, jobs, and logs. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. You can also email us and we will delete your data for you.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS, and requests are verified with Apple App Attest so only the real app can talk to our server.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update will be published on this page with a new date.
