Viso Support
Viso analyzes one selfie and shows AI-rendered looks (haircuts, facial hair, glasses, and colors) on your own face. If something is not working, or you just want to ask a question, emailarthurrmp97@gmail.com. It reaches a real person and usually gets an answer the same day.
Common questions
What happens to my photo?
It is uploaded to our server and processed by Google's Vertex AI to work out your face shape and undertone and to render your try-on looks. It is never used to train AI models, never sold, and never shown to anyone. Details are in theprivacy policy.
My looks are taking a long time
Generating a grid usually takes 30 to 90 seconds and needs a network connection. If a screen sits at the same step for more than a few minutes, close and reopen the app: work already in progress resumes where it left off.
I do not like the looks I got
Tap the refresh control on any grid to generate a fresh set. Your answers to the calibration questions steer the results, so a different aesthetic or a bolder appetite for change will produce noticeably different suggestions.
The photos do not look exactly like me
The try-on images are AI renderings built from your selfie, not photographs. They are meant to show how a cut, a beard, or a frame shape reads on your proportions. Treat them as a reference to bring to your barber or optician, not as a literal preview.
Does Viso rate my face?
No. Viso never scores, ranks, or grades appearance, and there is no attractiveness metric anywhere in the app. It only describes what works for your features and why.

The scan is free: your face shape, your undertone, and your color season. Viso Pro unlocks the full style guide, the AI try-on looks rendered on your own face, fresh generations (up to 20 a day), and full-resolution portraits.
- Viso Pro Weekly: $6.99 per week, after a 3-day free trial.
- Viso Pro Annual: $39.99 per year, after a 3-day free trial.
- Manage or cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Viso. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends means you are not charged.
- Restore a purchase: in the app, go to Account and tap Restore Purchases. Subscriptions follow your Apple Account, so this works on a new phone too.
- Refunds are handled by Apple atreportaproblem.apple.com. Email me as well and I will help however I can.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Account, then Delete My Data. This permanently removes everything stored on our server: photos, generated images, style guides, and logs. Deleting the app removes what is stored on your device. You can also email me and I will delete it for you.
