Viso: Terms of Use

These terms apply to Viso: Your Perfect Look ("Viso"), an iOS app made by Arthur Machado. By using Viso you agree to them. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

What Viso is

Viso uses AI to analyze a selfie and suggest hairstyles, facial hair, eyewear, colors, and clothing, including AI-generated try-on images rendered on your photo. All results are cosmetic suggestions for inspiration and entertainment. AI output can be inaccurate, and generated images are renderings, not photographs of real outcomes; a haircut or product may look different in real life. Viso is not professional, medical, or dermatological advice.

Viso Pro subscription

• Viso Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, or annual) with a 3-day free trial, billed through your Apple account at the price shown before purchase.
• The trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel any time in your Apple account's subscription settings.
• Fair use: image generation is capped at 20 generated images per day. We may limit usage that circumvents or abuses this cap.

Your content

Upload only photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use. You keep ownership of your photos; you give us permission to process and store them solely to provide the service (see theprivacy policy). Generated images are yours to use personally.

Acceptable use

Don't use Viso for anything unlawful, don't upload photos of other people without their consent, and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Viso is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Viso after a change means you accept the updated terms.
